Thermostatically controlled to operate only when necessary. Keeps tanks up to 250 gallons from completely freezing during winter. Uses less electricity than traditional 1500 watt de-icers. Can be used in metal, plastic or rubber stock tanks. U.L. Listed. 120 AC voltage; 1250 watts.
