Remote sensor can transmit signals to the base up to 200 ft. The unit has an indoor temperature range of 32 degree to 122 degrees or 0 degree to 50 degrees and an outdoor range of neg 4 degree to 140 degrees or neg 20 degree to 60 degrees. If you choose to install lithium batteries, the thermometer can handle extreme colds up to neg 40 degrees F. Displays a Chart that allows you to look at pressure readings over time. Weather forecast icons allow you to gain insight into nature's short term plans.
