Grade 1 closer for store fronts. Conforms to ANSI/BHMA standard A156.4 - 2000 Grade 1. UL listed. Spring power closer size adjusts from 2 through 5. Size 2 is rated for 3 pounds minimum closing force on a 50 pound door. Size 5 is rated for 11 pounds minimum closing force on a 155 pound door. Controls door through entire opening-closing cycles. All season fluid. The minimum closing force is measured 30" out from the hinges when the door is within 3" of the closed position in all cases. 180 Lbs. maximum door weight.
