Stainless Steel body with Stay Cool stainless steel handles and knobs that are ergonomically designed for comfortable handling. Encapsulated try-ply bottom has an aluminum disc sandwiched in between two layers of stainless steel for even heat distribution. Clear tempered glass lids allow viewing during the cooking process. Suitable for all heat sources. Oven safe up to 350 Fahrenheit and dishwasher safe. Heavy Gauge 18/10 stainless steel with aluminum core bottom encapsulated with a thick aluminum disc.
