Contractor grade and hardens immediately upon compaction without tracking. Product will not solidify in bucket. No heating or mixing. One minute application. Ready for traffic immediately. Works in any weather; hot or cold, wet or dry and requires no special tools for application. Covers 5.6 sq. ft. at a depth of 1". Zero VOCs.
