For residential and light-duty commercial water pressure regulating. Integral stainless steel strainer, removable when bottom plug is removed. Replaceable seat module, serviceable inline. 33 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range. 400 psi max working pressure. 50 psi standard reducing pressure, adjustable 25 to 75 psi. Bypass feature controls thermal expansion pressure until inlet pressure is above 150 psi. Meets requirements of ASSE Standard 1003 (ANSI A112.26.2); IAPMO Listed.
