Should be installed only on a grounded 125 volt AC circuit which is protected by a single fuse or circuit breaker. End of life function stops voltage in the event of a GFCI component failure. 8 back wiring holes and side wire screws accept up to 12 gauge wire. LED status indicator, color matched wall plate and screws. Meets UL 943 requirements. 15 amp, 125 volt.
