For construction joints subject to dynamic joint movement. Termination sealant for self-adhered modified bitumen membranes. External joint sealant for Henry/Bakor air barrier, waterproofing and roofing systems. Alternative to silicone and moisture cure urethanes in above construction applications. Seals wall and window penetrations. One-part. Low odor. Moisture cure. Provides weathering resistance, flexibility, very low VOC. Paintable with latex based paints.
