The PowerLift900 direct drive screw opener features a simplistic yet strong design with a solid steel direct drive screw for increased strength and unmatched durability, with no belts, chains or gears that wear out. The 1/2 HP AC motor and direct drive screw system provides power to operate heavy residential garage doors up to 500 lbs. in weight. The direct-drive screw is maintenance free and delivers maximum lifting force and greater reliability with no gearing to decrease or artificially enhance the amount of torque provided by the motor. Accentuating an enhanced design, the enclosed low profile c-channel rail with flush-mounting capability used in conjunction with the screw drive, protect against dirt and debris and eliminates metal on mor by automatically changing the access code every time it is used. For faster installation remotes are pre-programmed and ready to use out-of-the-box, which eliminates one step during the initial installation process. Includes (2) 3-button pre-programmedremotes, multi-function wall console and Safe-T-Beams.
