Forged from round steel to position additional steel at critical stress areas. Points are fine ground to assure long lasting sharpness. Tongs 3/4" and 1" are supported by special tong shut; tongs 1-1/4" use screw pin anchor shackles. Specially shaped to grab and hold poles and logs for skidding and dragging operations, not for lifting. Painted blue. NOTE: Designed for pulling or dragging. Skidding tongs are not load rated and should not be used for overhead lifting. Do not heat points to sharpen them.
