Used in commercial and residential applications to reduce incoming water pressure to a sensible level to protect plumbing system components and reduce water consumption. Suitable for water supply pressure up to 400 psi and may be adjusted from 25 to 75 psi. All parts are easily serviceable without removing the valve from the line. Features integral stainless steel strainer, thermoplastic seat, and bronze body construction. Bypass feature controls thermal expansion pressure (bypass will not work if inlet pressure is above 150 psi). NPT threaded union inlet x NPT female outlet. Meets ASSE Standard 1003, and CSA Standard B356. Listed by IAPMO and City of Los Angeles.
